The 2019 Japan barista championship winner will share his journey into the world of roasts and brews and offer insights into coffee trends.
Ishitani will also discuss his experiences at the world barista championship (he finished fourth at the 2022 competition in Melbourne, Australia) and demonstrate what’s required to make an exceptional cup of joe. Attendees will even be able to sample the results.
