Junior Imi Krav Maga (Winter–Spring)

This course teaches children basic coordination, balance and self-defense moves alongside proper rolling, falling and running techniques. Children also focus on correct posture, breathing and situational awareness.

Through krav maga’s core principles of self-confidence, physical coordination and self-awareness, students gain the experience to express themselves in a range of situations. This class emphasizes an individual approach, so each student focuses on their own training and development.

Who will teach this class?
Boaz Hagay is a certified instructor in krav maga, aikido, shiatsu and general sports and fitness. He started studying krav maga under its creator, Imi Lichtenfeld, in 1977. From one-on-one to group lessons, in Hebrew, English or Japanese, he focuses on personal development and achievement.

  • Sports Insurance is mandatory to participate in this class (¥3,300).
  • Uniform purchase is recommended for students with 1+ year experience. (Krav Maga uniform with name embroidery + T shirt: ¥16,500, T shirt only: ¥5,500)
