Brunch Buffet

Starting July 6, Rainbow Café chefs whip up an enticing selection of brunch favorites and Club signatures on weekends and national holidays, sure to please all palates and appetites.

The mouthwatering lineup feature pancakes, dim sum, pizza, pasta, eggs, including customized omelets, rotisserie roasts, charcuterie, desserts and much more that will have you coming back for seconds.

A popular weekend tradition in the United States, the term brunch was first coined in 1895 by British writer Guy Beringer.

“It puts you in a good temper, it makes you satisfied with yourself and your fellow beings, it sweeps away the worries and cobwebs of the week,” Beringer wrote.
